A classic New England drink, our award winning Eight Bells Rum is a barrel matured gold rum. It is distilled from Carribean sourced molasses in our direct fire pot stills and aged for over 3 years in bourbon whiskey barrels. Eight Bells Rum has flavors of toasted spice and vanilla with a long, smooth finish reminiscent of caramel, oak, figs and dried cherries. It is excellent sipped neat, or enjoyed in your favorite rum cocktail.
